1. What is the minimum order quantity per item?
We are flexible on MOQ but this is dependent on components used, etc. typically we suggest 200pcs. However, we accept smaller trial orders but these are subject to a set sample fee which can be discussed at the time.
2. What is the payment term?
Our terms of business are based on irrevocable L/C at sight or Wire Transfer of 30% deposit with balance payment cleared into our account before bulk shipment.
3. What is your average production delivery schedule?
From 10 to 15 days from confirmation of order and deposit received.
4. What are the freight and transportation options?
We offer a complete door to door service and our usual freight options are:
A. Courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT etc.) for smaller orders and sampling.
B. Air-Freight via our global logistics company for urgent orders
C. Ocean-Freight via our global logistics company for standard orders.
5. How can Lingshan Trading Co Ltd ensure a consistent high quality?
All LSTC products are manufactured with carefully selected high quality raw materials and components. All of our products are fully certified to UL, CE and RoHS standards as a basic requirement. We also observe EMC, LVD, FCC and PSE certification where relevant to ensure all components are up to our high quality standard. We have a very strict quality control system and an experienced team of highly trained QC staff.

8. Can you customize my design, if so, what is the required minimum quantity?
If you could not find the products from our current range then we have the capability to create bespoke designs as per your request. This is subject to specific tooling/moulding charges that can be waived for larger bulk orders.

10. What is your RMA policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your shipments. Any manufacturer defects must be reported to your account manager. Detail of return policy is available from your account manager.
11. What is your 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
We offer an extended guarantee on all of our products. On the majority of our products this is a 36 month manufacturers warranty. Please contact us for full details.
12. How can I take high resolution pictures from your company?
Our images are subject to copyright. However, for our regular clients we will give express permission to use our photos. We can provide photos of our products within 48 hours of request.
13. How do you pack your products?
All products are packed securely within cardboard cartons and shipped within double wall cartons with foam/bubble wrap protection. Individual products are usually packed in plain packaging without our logo but with the UL/CE/RoHS certified markings present. In fact, we can supply all packaging to your requirements with custom packaging also available according to the clients artwork.
14. Can I have my own logo on the products?
Yes, as above with the packaging, for larger bulk orders we are also able to add a specific logo to the LED products.
15. What are your business hours?
Monday to Saturday 9:00-18:00 (GMT+0800), we have skeleton crew on duty even if during national holidays, you can contact us anytime for a rapid response.
16. Is your factory available for viewing?
Yes, we are available for a full on-site tour of our factory and offices to be confirmed at a mutually convenient time
17. How long is the taxi ride from downtown Shenzhen to your factory?
Our factory is approx 40 minute’s taxi drive from downtown Shenzhen, it may cost 150 RMB or so.
18. What is your requirement for exclusive distributorship?
We assign exclusive distributor when you can meet our monthly quantity requirements.
